Regence has scheduled maintenance planned for Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 3:00 AM MDT to Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 1:00 PM MDT. The maintenance affects real-time Eligibility 270 and Claim Status 276 transactions. Batch transactions are not affected by this maintenance.

During the scheduled maintenance for Regence don’t send real-time Eligibility 270 or Claim Status 276 files to them. If sent and an error is received resend the real-time transaction after the maintenance.
