Report Delivery Delay For All Lines of Business

EDI Support Services experienced a file processing delay impacting a small subset of claim files submitted on September 6, 2018, between 7:30 PM and 11:30 PM (CST). Reports for these files may be delayed.

EDISS will send a notification once the issue is resolved and we are within our normal processing timeframes. EDISS apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
