EDI Support Services (EDISS) experienced a processing issue through the new gateway that impacted 837 claim files submitted on 04/17/2017 starting at 10:30 pm (CST) [9:30 PM MDT] to 04/18/2017 8:40 am (CST) [7:40 AM MDT]. If you did not receive reports for files submitted during this time frame, please resubmit the files. EDISS apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
