BCBS of Arizona has scheduled maintenance planned for Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 12:00 PM MDT to 4:00 PM MDT. The maintenance affects batch and real-time Eligibility 270 transactions. UHIN received the following notice for BCBS of Arizona:
“Attention all Trading Partners and Clients:
“BCBS of Arizona has notified us of scheduled system maintenance occurring for the following times:
• Saturday, April 22nd 2017 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time
“During the specified maintenance window, 27X transactions will be unavailable for processing. Attempts to submit transactions for this payer will result in AAA*42 errors.
“All transactions will resume once this maintenance has been completed.”
During the scheduled maintenance for BCBS of Arizona don’t send Eligibility 270 files to them. If sent and an error is received resend the transaction after the maintenance.
