Utah Medicaid's PRISM Data Warehouse will be unavailable from November 2-8, 2026.

Some systems, including the Coverage and Reimbursement Code Lookup Tool, will be affected and may only display data from November 1, 2026.

The Eligibility Lookup Tool (ELT) and MyBenefits may have some data out of sync during this window. All other applications will be accessible.
