The Utah Medicaid will be unavailable on September 5, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM due to system maintenance. The PRISM application will not be available during this time.

All interfaces will be held for processing until the system returns to normal operation.

The eligibility tool will still be available during the maintenance window: https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility
UHIN will hold files during this time frame.

All batch files (837, 270, 276, and 278) will be processed in the order they were received once Utah Medicaid is back online.
