Some components of Utah Medicaid's PRISM system will be updated on July 14, 2025 from 6 PM to 7 PM.

For eligibility verification, please go to https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility/

The PRISM system will remain operational, but HIPAA CORE (Real Time) transactions may not be accepted during this time.

UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch transactions until the downtime is over. All transactions will be processed in the order they were received.

We appreciate your patience while the PRISM system upgrade is completed.
