Utah Medicaid's PRISM system will be down for system updates on May 28, 2025 from 6 PM to 10 PM.
For eligibility verification, please go to https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility/

During this time:
HIPAA CORE (Real Time) transactions will not be accepted.
UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch transactions until the downtime is over. All transactions will be processed in the order they were received.

We appreciate your patience while the PRISM system upgrade is completed.
