The CHIE Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance today at 4:00 PM MDT.
As part of the security updates, some users may be prompted to do a hard refresh. Our vendor indicates this will only happen in limited cases, and if it does, it should be a one-time event.

How to do a hard refresh (Chrome/Edge):
Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R
