The Utah Medicaid PRISM system will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, 2/28/2024, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. For eligibility verification, please go online to https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility/.

During this time:
- HIPAA CORE (RealTime) transactions will receive a time out message and need to be resubmitted after the maintenance.

- UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch transactions until after the downtime is over. All transactions will be processed in the order they were received.
