Utah Medicaid's PRISM system will be down for maintenance on April 15th, from 6PM to April 15th at 10 PM.

All interfaces will be held for processing until the system returns to normal operation.

UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch files.
All batch files (837, 270, 276, and 278) will be processed in the order they were received once Utah Medicaid is back online.

RealTime files (270 and 276) will fail during this time frame.
