Utah Medicaid’s PRISM portal will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM MDT.

All Interface files, all HIPAA Batch transactions (837, 276, 270 and 278) and all Real-Time transactions (270 and 276) will continue to process normally.

Also, for eligibility verification the Patient Eligibility Verification tool will be available for use at https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility
