Utah Medicaid's PRISM system will be down for system maintenance on April 25th from 6:00 PM until April 27th at 8:00 PM.

For eligibility verification, please go to https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility/

During this time:

HIPAA CORE (Real Time) transactions will not be accepted.
UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch transactions until the downtime is over. All transactions will be processed in the order they were received.

We appreciate your patience while the PRISM system upgrade is completed.
