Utah Medicaid schedule downtime on November 14, 2026 from 6 AM to 6 PM

Utah Medicaid will release the next PRISM system update on November 14, 2026 from 6 AM to 6 PM. The PRISM application will not be available during this time.

All batch files (837, 270, 276, and 278) will be processed in the order they were received once Utah Medicaid is back online.

RealTime files (270 and 276) will fail during this time frame.

UHIN will hold files during this time frame.

The eligibility tool will still be available during the maintenance window: https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility

All interfaces will be held for processing until the system returns to normal operation.
