Utah Medicaid's PRISM system will be down for system maintenance on June 14, 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM on June 15, 2025.

During this time:
HIPAA CORE (Real Time) transactions will not be accepted.
UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch transactions until the downtime is over. All transactions will be processed in the order they were received.
