Utah Medicaid's PRISM system will be down on November 28th, from 6 PM to 7 PM for system maintenance.

All interfaces will be held for processing until the system returns to normal operation. UHIN will hold files during this time-frame.

UHIN will hold all HIPAA batch files.
All batch files (837, 270, 276, and 278) will be processed in the order they were received once Utah Medicaid is back online.

Real time files (270 and 276) will fail during this time frame.
