BCBS of South Carolina, TRICARE for Life and TRICARE have scheduled maintenance planned for Sunday, April 16, 2017 from 1:00 PM MDT to 8:00 PM MDT. The maintenance affects batch and real-time Eligibility 270 transactions. UHIN received the following notice for BCBS of South Carolina, TRICARE for Life and TRICARE:
“Attention all Trading Partners and Clients:
“We have just been advised that the following payers have scheduled system maintenance on Sunday, April 16th 2017 from 3:00 PM [1:00 PM MDT] to 10:00 PM Eastern Time [8:00 PM MDT]
• BCBS of South Carolina-10047
• TRICARE for Life-10879
• TRICARE-10189
“During the specified maintenance window, 27X transactions will be unavailable for processing. Attempts to submit transactions for this payer will result in AAA*42 errors.
“All transactions will resume once this maintenance has been completed.”
During the scheduled maintenance for BCBS of South Carolina, TRICARE for Life and TRICARE don’t send Eligibility 270 files to them. If sent and an error is received resend the transaction after the maintenance.
