Regence has scheduled maintenance planned for Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 11:00 PM MDT to Sunday, April 16, 2017 at 11:30 PM MDT. The maintenance affects real-time Eligibility 270 transactions. Batch transactions are not affected by this maintenance.

During the scheduled maintenance for Regence don’t send real-time Eligibility 270 files to them. If sent and an error is received resend the real-time transaction after the maintenance.
