High Volume of 277CAs from Select Health

Providers using the McKesson clearinghouse may experience a high volume of 277CAs for duplicate professional claims received by Select Health on 6/9/2026. Due to an issue with an internal server Monday night, claim flow was disrupted and almost 1,000 claims did not make it into Select Health’s processing system. To ensure those claims made it into the system, the entire McKesson professional file was redropped, resulting in duplicates for all but the missing 1,000 claims.
