Utah Medicaid has postponed PRISM downtime for September 24, 2025 to October 1, 2025.

Utah Medicaid will be releasing the next update of the PRISM system on October 1, 2025, from 6 PM to 10 PM. The PRISM application will not be available during this time.

All interfaces will be held for processing until the system returns to normal operation.

The eligibility tool will still be available during the maintenance window: https://medicaid.utah.gov/eligibility

UHIN will hold files during this time frame.

All batch files (837, 270, 276, and 278) will be processed in the order they were received once Utah Medicaid is back online.

RealTime files (270 and 276) will fail during this time frame
