Important Update: Select Health Transitioning to Zelis Payment Network – Action Required for Eligible UHIN Providers

Dear Provider Partner,

We are aware that Select Health has issued a communication regarding the transition of all provider payments to the Zelis Payment Network, effective May 18, 2026. We want to provide immediate clarification and ensure there is no disruption to your remittance workflow.

Please be assured that UHIN is available within the Zelis portal as a clearinghouse option, and your connectivity for Select Health remittances through UHIN will continue.

Here is what you need to know:

Current UHIN Providers (Medical & Dental) – No Action Required: You are not required to enroll in a new clearinghouse. This transition applies to both medical and dental providers effective May 18, 2026, and you will continue to receive Select Health remittances through UHIN as usual. Simply ensure UHIN is selected as your clearinghouse within the Zelis portal to confirm uninterrupted remittance delivery.

Important – Effective May 18, 2026, Select Health 835 remittances will no longer originate from Trading Partner Number HT000015-001. All 835’s will now be delivered from HT009156-002. Please update any internal routing, reconciliation, or automation that references the previous submitter ID to avoid any processing delays.

Multi-Clinic Practices: Each clinic location associated with Select Health payments must be updated individually within the Zelis system.

Our goal is to make these industry transitions as seamless as possible so your office can stay focused on patient care. If you have any specific questions regarding your account, please feel free to reach out to our support team at 877-693-3071 or customersupport@uhin.org.

Thank you for your continued partnership.

Best regards,
The UHIN Team
